We believe that growth in Asia will outpace elsewhere.  Infrastructure and energy remain high priorities in the region and valuations are lower than in the west.

We continue to analyze situations in which to invest, when markets stabilize.
Eastpoint Capital SA is our Swiss-incorporated funds entity.  We are developing two fund offerings, to be launched in mid- 2010.

Eastpoint Capital's Southeast Asia Renewable Energy Fund
Will be invested in renewable energy projects located in Southeast Asia.  These projects will be privately held and projects in which Eastpoint Capital makes commitments will each have financing from major international agencies or financial institutions, will range from $10 million to $30 million in size, and would qualify under the UN's CER program (whether or not such projects make actual application). This will be a closed-end fund with a three-years to complete investments and approximately nine years to complete divestments.

Eastpoint Capital's Asian Infrastructure Fund
Will be invested in real estate, renewable energy and water treatment technologies and installations, with a focus on  Southeast Asia but also looking at southern China.  Projects will range in size from $10 million to $250 million, although the Fund would not hold more than 40% interest in any project.  The Fund will be closed-end fund with a 10-year life (four years for investments).
